Let’s Sync Up uses the information you provide to respond to messages and operate the show’s website. The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Contact submissions are stored encrypted in the website database. The website removes submissions older than 90 days during its scheduled cleanup. Messages are also sent through Resend to contact@letssyncupshow.com and forwarded by Bluehost to the show’s Gmail inbox. Gmail copies are deleted manually by the show owner and are not subject to the website’s automatic 90-day cleanup. Copies in private recovery backups remain until those backups are deleted.
The website uses essential cookies and security records for administrator sign-in, form protection and duplicate-vote prevention. Poll results remain in the archive. Stored voter identifiers are pseudonymous and removed when a poll closes. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to help distinguish visitors from bots.
YouTube thumbnails may load when a page opens. Embedded videos load when you choose to load the player. These requests share normal connection information with YouTube/Google, whose own privacy terms apply. Movie facts can come from Wikidata; the site does not import artwork from Wikidata. TMDB is currently disabled. No advertising or analytics scripts have been added to this application.
The site runs on ChatGPT Sites. Hosting, security and email providers process information needed to provide their services. Contact contact@letssyncupshow.com with privacy questions or requests to delete information you submitted.
